Transaction Appointments tab

The Transaction Appointments tab displays the transaction appointments associated with the selected truck visit appointment. You can add or delete appointments from this tab. Adding a transaction appointment associates it with the truck visit appointment and deleting a transaction appointment removes or disassociates it with the truck visit appointment. Certain rules may apply when associating transaction appointments to a truck visit appointment. For more information, see the Combining Transaction Rules field in the Truck Visit Appointment Rule form (on page 1).

If N4 updated the time slot of an associated transaction appointment based on the combining transaction rules, disassociating or deleting this transaction appointment results in moving it back to it's original time slot. However, if the original time slot is no longer available, then N4 does not disassociate the transaction appointment and instead displays an error message.

Additionally, you can use the Actions Inspect Transaction Appointment option to open the Appointment Inspector (on page 1) for the selected transaction appointment.

Notes

• If your user is associated with a company or business group, then N4 displays transaction appointments only for that company or companies in the Transaction Appointments tab.
